We started Fushionix because the tools recruiting teams were handed were too heavy for the job. So we built the opposite.
Fushionix began in 2021 as a side project between two people who'd spent years inside busy hiring teams. Every tool promised to "transform recruiting" and mostly just added clicks. We wanted software that did a few things cleanly and then got out of the way.
Five years later we're still small — eight people across four time zones — and still building the same way: simple, honest, and close to the people who use what we make. We fund the work ourselves, so we answer to our users, not a growth chart.

Every button we add has to earn its place. Most don't.
